Section 10 corrects a misprint and deals with the ques-

tion of the exclusion of the Bankruptcy law.

Section 11 also deals with the exclusion of the Bank-

ruptcy law,

Section 12 makes all the amendments retrospective.

Section 13 provides for the protection of public officers in respect of directions and permissions bona fide given or refused in execution or intended execution of the Principal Ordinance or of this Ordinance.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His behalf,
